Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Florida Blue, Optum, UMR, Oxford, Oscar, Medicare, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health at this time. I am in the process of becoming credentialed with all insurance payors through Grow Therapy and Headway, including Ambetter. If I am out of network with your insurance, I can provide an invoice (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
what is your private pay rate?
My private pay rate is $150 for individual sessions and $170 for a couples sessions.
Where are you located?
I am licensed in Florida (License: SW21133) and can provide telehealth services to anyone located in the state.
Do you have in-person sessions?
At this time, I only provide telehealth services. I am in the process of acquiring an office space for a limited number of in-person sessions.
What are your areas of expertise?
I primarily work with individuals living with symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress. I specialize in working with those who are LGBTQ and TGNB identified, new and expectant parents, and those living with HIV. Even if you don’t hold those life experiences, please reach out, and we can discuss whether your therapeutic needs would be a good fit for my clinical expertise.
what is your cancellation policy?
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way of a scheduled appointment. I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours notice or no-show to an appointment, there is a $100 fee. In rare instances, I will waive the fee for covered emergencies.
Do you provide Documentation?
Yes, I can complete FMLA paperwork and provide ESA letters for established clients who meet criteria for those needs. I do not complete paperwork for short or long term disability claims. There is a $50 fee for paperwork.

Do you provide Good Faith Estimates?
Yes, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services if I’m out-of-network with your insurance or you are self-pay. Please follow this link for more information.
